Add Hawkular-ui-services integration test to Travis-CI

So the ui-services tests have been broken for a long time. Some modules like (gulp rest:metric) but others don't and render this test suite worthless as is.

This task is to hook up the ui-services to automatically run the CI phantom.js task to run all of these tests every checkin. 'gulp test' should pass or else the commit should fail.
