Filtering and selecting all Alerts/Triggers doesn't respect the filter

When filtering the alerts/triggers lists with a string and using the "Select All", it doesn't respect the filter and selects even the filtered out items.

It should only select the visible ones, as any action will also affect the hidden ones and that is an unexpected behavior for the user.
