Fix hawkular-bus-test-common

The hawkular-bus-test-common maven module provides a number of utility classes to facilitate writing bus integration tests. There are also tests for those classes as well that provide valuable coverage of bus functionality. That module was removed from the build while doing work for HAWKULAR-844 since it contains a lot of ActiveMQ specific stuff. We do not want to altogether lose the utility classes because because consumers use them, and we do not want to lose the tests since they provided a lot of coverage.

Some changes will be necessary since we are now using Artemis instead of ActiveMQ. I am currently working on a simplified bus API which can be found at https://github.com/jsanda/hawkular-bus/tree/hawkular-732. I would prefer to base changes to hawkular-bus-test-common on this work as it simplifies and reduces a lot of the bus code.
