Wrong button event border

When reviewing alerts in Alert Center, there is "Select All" with HTML:
<th ng-click="ac.selectAll()"><input type="checkbox"><th>
On click <input> select all alerts.
But when click <th> that is around <input> it selects all Alerts except it's own <input> elements.
