Serve keycloak.json via servlet

    Description

      For the console, serve the keycloak.json file via a Servlet, so that we are able to have a system property inside of it. Example:

      keycloak.json contains auth-url , servlet replaces auth-url by the actual auth-url. Reference: https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular.github.io/pull/113#discussion_r43605292
