Browsing to Server Applications Stays in "Loading" State

To Reproduce:

1) Register a new user
2) After being logged in, brows to Server Applications

Result is that the page does not complete loading. Stays in "Loading" state.

Note: Logging in with jdoe/password does not produce the above result - Server Applications loads with no issues.
