Include a visual step indicator in wizards

Update Add Driver and Add Datasource wizards to include a visual step indicator. Include:

• line with no margin on the left with dots to indicate current step position (blue:current, dark gray:completed, light gray:future).
• labels for current step, but these will need to be tailored a bit so that they are not too verbose. The full title for the step is a header for each step, so it should be ok to be terse in the step labels.
• In the Datasource flow, where there are steps and sub-steps - the primary steps should be reflected in the indicator. The substeps are reflected in the header for the screen: "Primary step: Sub step."
