Provide (remote) agent install(er) for WF-agent

We need to provide a much easier way for users to install the agent.

Idea is to take the mvn plugin from lzoubek, and make that work standalone.
It can then either fetch the agent from the Hawkular-server or embed it in its jar file.
When running that standalone installer, the user provides the location of the WF to instrument and a few other config properties like

• location of the Hawkular server
• credentials to talk to the Hawkular server
• potentially agent/server name if it can not be easily determined for agent-id/feed-id
  -...

The installer will then install the agent on the WF-server.

We need to have a look at the wildfly feature packs though, as they serve as similar purpose and thus may save us some work.
