Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) Go to deployment screen
2) Disable a war file (though actions)
3) Now add a new deployment (via 'Add Deployment' button)
4) in javascript console see 'WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state.'

Also works the other way around do an add deployment and then a deployment action.

Somehow the web socket is being closed or not opened at the right time when dealing with different actions.
