User friendly representation of "resources/path" in the UI.

Goal being to find a user friendly means to identify specific resources - currently for use in the Alert Center where a "resource path" string is currently presented. Instead of pointing the user to a resource path, and asking them to de-code that string, we would like to present something that is already parsed in a meaningful way. The full path can be presented in a detailed view.
