Update UI services to new Alerts API

    Description

      Hawkular Alerts 0.4.0.Final brings a couple of changes that may affect current UI Services:

      • Manage conditions separately is now deprecated, all conditions for a trigger are managed on a single call as a group (the old API is still present but it will be removed on future versions).
      • Expose context data for Triggers/Conditions and Alerts. This is particularly useful to create correct email notifications for different types of triggers.
