Create and manage Datasources

As an administrator of EAP 7 servers, I need to define, enable, disable, monitor and delete datasources and XA datasources for applications deployed in EAP 7.

Deletion of Datasources needs to check if they are still in use and warn the user accordingly.

Datasources will use existing JDBC drivers. Deploying them is not part of this jira, but handled by HAWKULAR-512.
