Hover in avail chart does not give (exact) duration of state

When url-monitoring is on for a while and there is e.g. a short down time shown, it is close to impossible to see when exactly that happened.
In the attachment, one can still sort of deduct the times from the timeline, but on a 12h chart this is impossible.
