Add loading to deployments actions

    Description

      Hawkular Web GUI -> Application Server -> Deployments, no loading icon is shown on changing "Action" and its possible to make another Action right after.
      Suggestions:
      a) blocking another action till previous is done.
      b) loading gif to show user that server is processing Action
