UI styles for Red Hat Access Angular application

As part of HAWKULAR-503 , the Red Hat Access AngularJS application is being embedded into Hawkular. This application ships with just the basics of styles and requires a better styling by the consumers (us!).

This ticket is to track the work on the styles for it.
