Hawkular Charts: Standalone charts dont' work

The standalone charts do not function properly. For example, https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-charts/blob/master/stand-alone-chart-sample.html

There are a few issues here. One is that it has not been updated to work with more recent hawkular metrics with the REST changes (eg url changes, tenant specified in the header, etc).

The other problem is that after updating the REST calls so that it will work, the new data coming in doesn't update the charts.
