App servers that are just shut down are not detected

    Description

      I have two app servers that both were reporting at a time. Then I ^C'd one of them. In inventory they stay up.

      As the WildFly agent does not send a "bye" message on shutdown (yet), we should probably have some logic that checks if the last availability report is too old. Currently the agent is reporting its availability every 30s – so if the last availability report is older than 40s we can mark it as down.
