Redirect to URL/App Server list when trying to access inexistent url/server details

Sometimes it may happen that a mistyped or a previously working url for a monitored resource is no longer available is accessed. When that happens the page is still loaded but with no valid data.

In such cases, the user should be redirected to the corresponding list (url or app server) and a notification of some sort be shown explaining why he got there (eg: the requested resource XYZ is not available).

Alternatively we could display the 404 Page (from HAWKULAR-399) for a few seconds and then automatically redirect the user to the list. There should be a manual way of going to the list (link).
