Use property for development version in hawkular.org

In https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular.github.io we refer to the latest version used in master in a couple of places. For the moment we use either hawkular-VERSION or hawkular.x.y.z while it would be better to use 1.0.0.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT and change when we release a new version in a single place.
