Description
It seems ActiveMQ requires IPv4 for broadcasting to work properly, see http://activemq.apache.org/multicast-watch-out-for-ipv6-vs-ipv4-support-on-your-operating-system-or-distribution-or-network.html
No problem occurs if the JAVA_OPTS are not defined by the user, since WFLY adds it's own, which include -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true, but in case the user has custom JAVA_OPTS defined and that flag is not included, the server won't start properly.
A suggested fix would be to always force adding -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true to the existing JAVA_OPTS.
