WFLY Agent: Provide machine hostname

Currently the hostname to be displayed in the application servers list is provided by the resource name since by default it is configured to be "WildFly Server [${{jboss.node.name}}]" but this can be modified so it's not a reliable way to figure the hostname.

The desirable way would be that the resource would have a property "hostname" where it would be present.
