Box model for h2 tags stays on top of other content

The box for h2 tags on the documentation stays on top of other component. The consequence is that users cannot select text nor click on links that are "behind" the actual box.

Removing the style "padding-top: 70px; margin-top: -70px;" makes it work, but might have other visual consequences.
