Modify Hawkular's command for JDR report generation to add support for report deletion in EAP node

When Hawkular's command to generate a JDR report is invoked, the report is generated and, when ready, the report is streamed back to the client who made the request (in this case, the client is miq-server). It's up to the client what to do with the received report, but the generated report is also kept in the EAP node

Given that the report is streamed to the invoking client, there maybe no need to keep a copy of the report in the EAP node. A new command parameter is desired to make the agent delete the report in the EAP node once it is streamed to the client.
