Slow sites (>7 seconds response) Stop metrics collection

      Add a couple sites with one being a slow site.
      For example: www.visitbend.com produced the error for me yesterday

      Add a couple sites with one being a slow site. For example: www.visitbend.com produced the error for me yesterday

      Once this condition occurs, all sites are marked as down and no metrics are collected.

      Slow sites timeout and produce these transaction errors:
