    Description

      WLFY/EAP Port off-set behaviour in Domain Mode.

      If a server instance has no port-offset specified in host.xml, then the server defaults to using the port offset of the server-group it belongs. Currently this behaviour is not reflected in HAL (both EAP and WFLY), as the server-group's offset is always ignored.
