Creating a non-local cache container in web console fails

      1. start EAP 7.2 standalone with standalone-ha.xml (./standalone.sh -c standalone-ha.xml -b 0.0.0.0 -bmanagement 0.0.0.0)
      2. add management user
      3. open web console
      4. navigate to infinispan subsystem
      5. create new cache container
      6. navigate to newly created cache container
      7. click on Distributed Cache tab
      8. try to add new cache

    Description

      Creation of Distributed Cache on Infinispan subsystem fails with:
      "WFLYCTL0369: Required capabilities are not available:
      org.wildfly.clustering.infinispan.transport.channel.test-container; Possible registration points for this capability:
      /subsystem=infinispan/cache-container=*/transport=jgroups"

      Note that it also fails for Invalidation Cache and Replicated Cache. It works for Local Cache
