Cannot run Local Camel Context runtime profile

Cannot run camel using Local Camel Context runtime profile.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create fuse project camel-spring
2. Run > Run configurations...
3. Select camel context file
/home/apodhrad/workspace/camel-spring/src/main/resources/META-INF/spring/camel-context.xml
4. Select base directory
${workspace_loc:/camel-spring}
5. Click Run and you will get

java.io.FileNotFoundException: home/apodhrad/workspace/camel-spring/src/main/resources/META-INF/spring/camel-context.xml (No such file or directory)

Notice that the first slash is missing.
