We are working on making the jar.jar renamed as activemq-run.jar to better reflect its ActiveMQ. So people can see this from jconsole etc.
This may affect the logic in Fuse IDE that finds local running AMQ brokers. As now the name is "activemq-run.jar" and not just "run.jar". I guess you should check for both names to be backwards compatible as well.
