make it easy to auto-discover other archetypes in the New -> Fuse Project wizard via an extension point

We've some customers who've created their own example projects. It would be good if there was a way that customers could create a simple eclipse plugin (basically a bundle containing the archetype jars and a little bit of metadata like the current rider.branding module) so their projects would appear in the New -> Fuse Project wizard
