Description
Right now we have Create container in the cloud; which creates a Fabric container.
However folks use clouds for other things too (e.g. running an image of a database or whatever). So it'd be handy, since we've all the UI stuff and plumbing, to let folks create compute nodes on EC2 / rackspace just using a specific location, hardware, image (and group & user).
So a dialog - rather like the 2nd page of the Create Container in the Cloud wizard (e.g. the CloudContainerDetailsForm class) - just without the fabric bits. So no container name or profile; we'd just be using the underlying JClouds API to start a new compute node and thats it.
If you look at the code of com.fusesource.ide.fabric.navigator.cloud.NodeTable its got an addAction already; its run() method would popup the dialog. Once the dialog is done, we'd add this action to the toolbar / local menu along with the other actions.
