Servers - Much of the servers functionality does not work

The Add New Server wizard, can be used to add a new Fuse ESB 7 server.
I managed to do that on My Mac. And I can right click, and start the server. It shows a console saying "Wait for Fuse ESB to be started...".
And then in a bit a popup appears to type in the password for the admin user.

Then the terminal is attempting to login, and after a bit it does. So I have the server running and can access it from the terminal.

But all the Server functionality from Eclipse is not useable. I can only use it to start or stop the server. The rest does not work / make sense.
For example the menus to

• Publish
• Clean...
• Add and Remove...
• Monitoring...

And in the monitoring dialog, then clicking the add button doesnt do anything.
