      Description

So I'm liking lots of the new icons; there's a few I'm less keen on though

      • the new camel XML file icon is illegible. How about we reuse the same Camel icon used for browsing (or try another?)
      • Routes folder icon (when browsing Camel contexts in JMX / Fabric) now looks a bit out of place with other icons looking neater around it; wonder if we can use the Route icon and put it inside a Folder icon like we've done for Fabrics / Clouds / Containers etc?
      • don't like the F for Fabric; Just looks a big ugly - could we try something else? I'd prefer even the old f-fusesource icon we used to use for Camel XML

Am not sure if we've time to get any of these things done for 2.1 so will mark this as 2.2 for now. If ECLIPSE-554 does anything else in the mean time we can always move it forwards though
