creating a new fabric container, the new Version field shows an error & seems to think no version has been selected yet

For some reason now when creating a child container, you have to explicitly change (or reselect) the version combo to avoid the red cross (form validation stuff) disappearing.

Seems the logic doesn't detect a version is selected by default maybe?
