Description
From a fresh install of Eclipse. I installed the 2.1.104 IDE. Then I restarted Eclipse. Closed the welcome screen.
And then clicked on that switch perspective button -> other ... -> and in the list there is 2 x Fuse

Fuse
Its only the "Fuse" that works correctly. The 1st one, shows a bit stripped down perspective (not the usual perspective)

I don't know if this is a bug or we need 2 perspectives or what.
