provide a colours preferences page for Fuse IDE so we can configure various colours we use

e.g. to configure these colours...

• the arrow and text on the Diagram View connections
• the background chart colour (light grey currently) in the tables in Fuse perspective when navigating MBeans / Fabric
• grid colour on the design background

We've done demos in the past and often the grey colours have been invisbile on the projector so being able to update these colours a little in those cases would be very handy
