REST Elements ID duplicates inside Source editor

      1. Create REST element with same ID as already exists
      2. Switch to Source tab
      3. Switch back to REST tab (no new visible REST element with same ID)
      4. Back to Source tab and there is a REST element twice with same ID

    Description

      There is a working validation on REST elements with same ID inside REST editor, but in source xml there are still created duplicates with same ID
