Update message for Delete of Rest Configuration Element to offer an additional option

While discussing FUSETOOLS-3027, we decided to split the task a bit for the Delete functionality. When deleting a REST Configuration element from a Camel Config, it has the potential to create an invalid configuration state. We don't really want that, but the user may have their reasons.

In the first cut, we simply ask Yes/No whether they want to remove ALL Rest bits from the config. This essentially removes all Rest Configuration elements and all Rest elements with their associated operations. To get around it, the user can simply edit the source and remove the Rest Configuration element by hand.

But it might be nice to add a third option - to remove JUST the Rest Configuration element and not the Rest Elements. This gives the user the ability to re-add a new Rest Configuration element.
