Properties view - Advanced tab sometimes disappears

1. Add a JMS endpoint 2. In the properties view when I first add it, I see the Advanced tab. 3. But then when I try to edit it, the Advanced tab disappears. I was able to capture the behavior on a BlueJeans video.
