Update UI in REST wizard, tab, properties view

bfitzpat_rh and I discussed these items today:

1) In Camel Rest DSL from WSDL wizard, change all instances of wsdl or Wsdl to WSDL

2) In the UI (wizard, REST tab, etc) use REST (all uppercase) for all instances except when referring to the Rest DSL - then it should be Rest DSL - not REST DSL. This convention follows the letter-case usage in the "Camel in Action" book.

3) On the Properties view for REST items, remove the * next to the Id field since the Properties view is read-only for this release. It seems odd to mark a field as mandatory when the user cannot edit/update it.
