Round tripping routes doesn't work with unsupported attributes (and even sometimes with supported attributes)

    Description

Using a clean install of Eclipse and Fuse IDE:

I added autoStartup="false" to a route then edited the route using our editor. autoStartup="false" was eliminated along with the route id. I've also gotten spurious errors telling me that Eclipse couldn't parse the XML (I added an id attribute to an endpoint) and my changes may be lost when switching to the visual editor. I even crashed Eclipse and trashed my project playing with round tripping the XML. I didn't really even try that hard to confuse it either.
