Handle selection isssues with REST tab

when arriving on REST tab:

• the Rest element is selected but the properties view is not synchronized, there is a "Properties are not available
• when selecting one Rest Operations, going to design tab and then switching back to rest tab, the rest operation selection is lost. When there are several Rest Elements and that not the first one is selected, the selection is lost too.
