Allow typing on Component's property input field with fixed/static list

Some property input field has Static/fixed options list. You can't type inside them or even remove the option (or choose none) after you pick one. For example, the Language property for Set Header component or the Data Format Type for Data Format or Unmarshal components.

Would be nice get the corresponding option as you type inside the property field list. And also provides an empty/none option.

I believe this behaviour applies to all Property fields with options list.
