New Server Wizard doesn't work

I tried to add a new server using the server tab by opening the context menu and selecting New->Server.
The wizard opened and showed me a list of servers I could add. I selected one and accepted the default values for host name (localhost) and server name. Then I clicked Next>. Nothing happened for a while then the Next> button greyed out and the Back> button became selectable. However, the rest of the wizard didn't change.
