Develop working minimal viable Rest DSL project for Camel Spring and Blueprint on Karaf

As we begin this journey into enabling Rest DSL support in the Fuse Eclipse Tooling, we need to develop a simple Rest DSL template that works across Spring & Blueprint on Fuse and Fuse on EAP.
