Wsdl2Rest Support in Fuse Tooling

Epic created to handle all tasks relating to adopting Thomas' wsdl2rest code - https://github.com/tdiesler/wsdl2rest - for use in the Fuse tooling as a wizard.

This epic will handle all the necessary tasks from finding a better home for the wsdl2rest code, any enhancements we want to make, use cases for the wizard, and so on.
