Steps to Reproduce:

for Linux users

Preferences -> Servers --> Runtime Environments -> Add..

choose Karaf 4.0 or Karaf 4.1

click "Download and install runtime"

click finish
--> the "home directory" will be set to parent folder instead of apache-karaf-runtime-4.x.x

when ~~FUSETOOLS-2535~~ will be fixed, all Linux users will be able to download Karaf runtimes and will encounter the home directory issue
