Steps to Reproduce:

1. Import attached maven project into JBDS and build using mvn clean install.

2. Install bundle using "Add and Remove" in JBoss Fuse 6.3 runtime. Console displays the bundle when issuing list command.

3. Uninstall the bundle using "Add and Remove" resources" in JBoss Developer Studio. Now the bundle is not uninstalled and console still displays the bundle.

Description

This issue happens only when a parameter is added with Bundle-SymbolicName. In the attached example, if blueprint.aries.xml-validation:=false is removed from maven-bundle-plugin it works as expected.
