Adding a language / dataformat doesn't add the needed dependencies

      Description

      When using expression languages some of them need additional dependencies to work correctly. These dependencies are defined in the languages catalog and also in the dataformats catalog. We need to update the pom.xml if a user sets a specific language or dataformat which needs dependencies.
