Provide one SpringBoot Camel Template compatible with fabric8-maven-plugin

Fuse Tooling should provide at least one template for SpringBoot Camel that can be deployed on OpenShift.

We need to have a look to Quickstarts

The first example to provide can use one of the Forge Tooling quickstarts and rely on fabric8-maven-plugin.
A good thing woudl be to provide a default launch configuration as it requires several parameters to be configured. (in .settings folder? )
