Switchyard bundle has no module icon and undeploy doesn't remove it from the servers view

I assigned a SwitchYard project to a JBoss Fuse 6.3 server. Any try to remove that module from the Fuse Server failed.

In the console output I found:

But it seems that it was unrelated to the undeploy as any other remove did not cause this message to reappear in the console output.
